1. Services Offered
Okanogan Valley Web provides custom web development, landing page design, software engineering, domain setup, and managed hosting services for local business clients. By agreeing to work with us or submitting an inquiry through this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Free Launch Package Terms
Our initial promotional offer ("First 5 Local Sites Free") covers the initial design and setup fee ($0 design cost) for eligible local businesses in Okanogan County. Following launch, client sites operating under this offer agree to a monthly hosting and maintenance Care Plan fee to keep the site active, secured, and maintained online.
3. Client Content & Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of all text, logos, trademarks, and imagery provided for inclusion on their websites. Upon full payment of applicable fees or completion of setup terms, clients hold full operational rights to their custom website content.
4. Hosting & Uptime Disclaimer
While we utilize enterprise-grade global edge hosting (Vercel) to maintain high availability and performance, Okanogan Valley Web is not liable for intermittent service disruptions caused by upstream network providers, third-party API downtime, domain registrar outages, or cyber incidents beyond our reasonable control.
